Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working within the marketing team to implement and maintain our online marketing strategy to grow and engage our community.
  • Utilizing social media analytics to track and report your progress weekly to management.
  • Having your finger on the pulse of cutting-edge social media trends, like FB Live, to actively engage our target clients.
  • Growing our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Using social media to connect clients with company products that best meet their needs.
  • Curating client success stories via social media, email and other channels.
  • Managing, developing and engaging our community of clients in the 2% Nation Facebook Group.
  • Innovating and developing new and interesting ways to connect with our community both on and offline.
  • Hosting live “meet and greet” gatherings at our live events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • You love people and you want to help them succeed
  • You’re a committed team player who understands the value and benefit of a strong team culture
  • You are tech savvy and experienced with Mac, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Excel, internet research
  • You learn quickly and are very teachable
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in using social media to drive business/fundraising and you can share your results
  • You are a pro at following up and following through
  • You have a strong inner drive, taking ownership over your work
  • You believe in, and will do your best to, uphold our company values
  • You prioritize and manage your time effectively
